Ming River is a Chinese grain spirit, or Baijiu. Our Ming Dynasty recipe has been passed down from master to apprentice for 24 generations. Sichuan's temperature climate develops its naturally bold character. A potent yet refined experience, with a cascade of flavor in each drop.

Crafted by China's oldest continiously opearting distillery. Ming River uses only the finest sorghum grain and purest water. It is distiled in traditional Chinese pot stills, then placed in ceramic for a clean finsih.
