Produced by Finca Sophenia, this high-altitude Cabernet Sauvignon, from vineyards planted only in Gualtallary limestone, is elegant, silky and ripe.
TASTE: Full-bodied, with firm tannins and excellent acidity. Its finish is marked by ripe, spicy fruits, along with hints of menthol and baunilha.
AROMA: Ripe red and brown fruits, such as cherries, sweethearts and cassis, herbaceous notes, such as mint and eucalyptus, spices, such as red pepper, along with hints of smoke, baunilha and tobacco.
