This cuvee has been made from a very drastic selection between the Mediterranean sea and the foothills of the French Alps, and the Massif Central area. In these spots, Viognier grape is very expressive in a fresh, balanced and charming style.

 

Pale color with golden tints.

Elegant and intense aromas of white flowers, pear and apricots.

Round and reveals notes of citrus and stone fruits. The finish is fresh and balanced with a nice fruity persistence.

 

Food Pairing:

Pre-dinner drink, Oysters and shellfish, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, Japanese sashimi, sushi, tempura, green asparagus.

 

Vinification and Maturing:

Age of the Vines: 20 years; Hand-picked and directly whole-bunch pressed. Fermented at low temperature to keep varietal aromas in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months on fine lees.
