Bundaberg is a 2 year old Australian dark rum. The company is named for Bundaberg in Queensland where the company was started. The nose is sweet with Demerara and molasses, spice and pepper and plenty of oak. The palate is dry with oak and spice, a little brown sugar sweetness and spice. The finish is spicy and woody.
