TASTING NOTES:
View: Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: It has a strong and fresh aromas, with intense fruit notes and a hint of sage predominant.
Mouth: taste is enveloping, but not too sweet, with hints of grapefruit and sage, and a long, delicious finish.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed and then go through a maceration process of skins and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for about 4 weeks.
Food pairing: Superb with desserts, such as the classic Langhe hazelnut cake or apple and pine nut cake, lemon cake, fruit puffs and traditional Christmas panettone. It is also extremely particular and seductive when served with mature, slightly spicy cheeses. To fully appreciate the fragrance of this wine,uncork just before pouring.
