The protective trellising around the bottle was inspired by the armour that the knights wore to protect the kingdom of France and the copper roofs of Paris (It also keeps the liquid cooler for up to 2 hours too).

NOSE
Bright and floral with yeasty notes that give way to crisp fruit flavours of orchard fruits.
PALATE
Very dry with apple skins, almond flavors, with subtle notes of orange-zest and white cherry.
FINISH
