Produced in Hyogo prefecture, home of mount Kasagata where the Noma river flows, a distinct region known as the navel of Japan whose clear spring waters populate the area. The histroical birthplace of Japan as in the stories of the Koijiki and Nihongi.

 

“The nose departs American white oak nuanced by honey tones, on the palate there is an immediate rush of honey and vanilla, developing to a more robust caramel mouthfeel and a warmer cedar smoked mid-palate, before drawing to a woody note finish with a zest of yuzu,” its makers say.
