Ancho Reyes Verde are handcrafted using chiles native to Puebla. We utilize the time-honoured techniques for making menjurjes mastered by artisans in 1920's Puebla. Puebla's agricultures take special care growing their Chile poblanos. Soil is rested for three years before it again grows the peppers and caring for the crop is a full-time occupation. Only the best poblanos chiles are hand selected from the most reputable farms. Some of the best green poblano chiles are then fire roasted to add more complexity and flavour to Ancho Reyes Verde. Notes of golden roasted pineapple, a touch of savoury acidity and the bright taste of green chiles, finishing with rich texture and piquant heat.

SPICY VERDE MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
1 part Ancho Reyes Verde
1 part Tequila Blanco
¾ part Fresh Lime Juice
½ part Light Agave Nectar
PREPARE
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice with a salted rim. Garnish with a lime wheel.
