It is one of the old estates in the region, the Establet family was owning some vineyards already in 1770! In the 60’s there was a marriage between Establet and Jeune families which brought to current name in 1972.
In 1906, the property became one of the first Chateauneuf du Pape producers to bottle their own wine. Consequently the estate is quite big especially in CdP Appellation, with 56 ha, plus 18 ha in Cotes du Rhone AOC. This allows them to have huge heritage of old vines producing small quantity and giving refined wines, also because of classic winemaking style, not power but elegance!
